Rhytidectomy (Facelift):

Is a surgical procedure to improve visible signs of aging in the face and neck. It is an outpatient procedure done under general anesthesia or local anesthesia with sedative. The scars are discrete and hidden; usually located in the hair line and around the ear. The recovery is approximately two to three weeks for social contact.

Blepharoplasty:

This surgery improves the appearance of the upper eyelids, lower eyelids, or both. It is an outpatient procedure, performed 99% of the time with local anesthesia. Recuperation time is less than a week.

Rhinoplasty (Nose Surgery):

It can improve the appearance and proportion of your nose. It is a procedure that can be performed under local anesthesia with sedative or with general anesthesia. Recuperation time is approximately one week.

Otoplasty (Ear Surgery):

This procedure can improve the shape, position or proportion of the ear. It is also outpatient and can be done with local anesthesia in adults and under general anesthesia with children. Recuperation time is very short. In children the procedure can be done after they are nine years old.

Brow lift:

Repositions a low or sagging brow, causing a tired or sad look, as well as signs of aging. It is done under local anesthesia and requires only two days of recuperation.

Lip augmentation:

Procedure that consists of injecting fillers to achieve the appearance of fuller lips. Requires only local anesthesia.

Facial liposculpture:

Facial contouring and definition through soft and minimal liposuction, for the removal of accumulated fat in certain areas that create the so-called round or "fat" face.

Facial fat grafting and volume restoration:

You fill the different areas of the face that has lost volume and/or has deep wrinkles with the use of fillers such as hyaluronic acid, collagen or fat tissue from the patient.

Hair replacement / Balding:

This pathology is treated with the use of oral and topical agents for baldness specific, allowing the regeneration of the hair follicle and thereby the hair growth. In resistant cases, an advanced surgical procedure is required for micro hair transplants. This allows the transfer of healthy hair from the patient´s own scalp to where they are lacking.

Liposculpture:

Liposculpture is a body contouring technique that can be performed with advanced generation equipment, such as lasers and ultrasound, eliminating misplaced fat with minimal trauma and allows for an early recovery.

Breast Surgery: Augmentation, reduction or lift:

Breast augmentation:

Breast augmentation is performed by placing implants filled with silicone gel (prosthesis). Implants are reliable and have manufacturing warranty on its durability. You will not need to replace them in a short period of time (not before 10 to 15 years). Each year, only ultrasound and mammogram check-ups are needed. The procedure is outpatient and recovery time is 3 to 4 days.

Breast Reduction:

It is performed under regional or general anesthesia, and allows the reduction of the volume and size of breasts that cause back pain because of the weight. The scar will correspond to each particular type of breast, trying whenever possible to leave the minimal possible.

Mastopexy (Breast lift):

This surgery consists of lifting, repositioning and firming of the breasts when they have fallen past the breast groove due to sagging skin. Does not necessarily reduce the breast´s size, it could be preserved. You can also increase in size in the same surgery if the patient wishes, with silicone implants. The scar will be done according to the case and can be around the areola (circular) or with some variations vertical or horizontal depending on the degree of the fall and breast shape.

Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck):

Assists in obtaining a completely flat and defined abdomen, removing excess skin and fat. Eliminates known "rolls" or folds of the abdomen. It also manages to recreate the muscle tone, by suturing or "tie" of the anterior muscles. The scar is located near the pubis, where it can be hidden with underwear. The type of anesthesia may be regional or general. The length is between 1.5 to 3 hours, and recovery is an average of 2 weeks.

Thigh lift:

Involves removing excess fat and skin in the groin and thigh region. The scar will be in a hidden area of the groin and will definitely improve the look of the area when excess volume created by fat or sagging skin.

Ninfoplasty:

Surgery in which we can improve the aesthetic appearance of the external female genitalia such as their size and appearance, removing labia excess tissue. Can also be a narrowing of the vaginal canal if necessary, to reduce sagging and elasticity of the area. It is performed under local anesthesia and leaves no visible scar and does not require the removal of sutures (stitches). You should abstain from sexual intercourse for about two weeks.

Gluteoplasty (Buttock implants):

This surgery improves the shape, size and definition of the buttocks. It is done by placing silicone gel filled implants specifically for buttocks (preferably oval shaped). An optional procedure that almost always accompanies a gluteoplasty to achieve a better appearance is liposuction of the peripheral region of the buttocks.

Breast reduction for men:

It is the abnormal growth of the mammary gland in men. It is surgically corrected through an incision in the areola or by liposuction. Requires only local anesthesia.
